At Kommunication That Works, we strive to provide high-quality therapeutic services and a supportive experience for all clients.

Because therapy services involve reserved appointment times and professional consultation, refunds for services are not guaranteed.

Any request for a refund will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are issued at the discretion of the therapist.

Appointment Fees

Fees paid for therapy sessions generally cover the time reserved specifically for each client. For this reason, completed sessions are typically non-refundable.

Cancellation and Missed Appointments

Clients are encouraged to provide advance notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Policies regarding cancellations or missed appointments may apply and will be discussed prior to beginning services.
